Mahendra Sharma is the CEO of Matrubharti, a self-publishing platform for Indian regional language writers. Through its work, it has also built a vibrant community of authors and book-lovers. Based in Ahmedabad, Matrubharti began with a focus on e-books and online story publishing in Gujarati and Hindi. They are now spreading their wings to other languages. Also, they have ventured into video content, focusing on books and theatre.
